Return And Refund Policy

We at Teddy Land care for the convenience of our customers, which is why we facilitate our customers with a 7-day return and exchange policy.

Please note the following data:

• If the price of any item purchased by you is reduced by us because of a Sale Promotion, then the exchange will be done at the marked down new price.
• Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be ‘exchanged returned or refunded.
• Misused items will not be eligible for exchange.

Also, in case of exchange the product should be:

• In the same condition as it was dispatched.
• Returned with the original packing
• Should not be further damaged
• Back the items with all the contents that were ship from us.

Additional Fee:

In case of any mishap or error, the standard cost for return or exchange of the items will be:

Rs.250 in case the package has been received and not opened. And Rs.300 in case the packaging has been opened by the customer
